The foundation of network marketing is:
You ONLY benefit as long as those who you introduce to the business ALSO benefit.
Those who invited you into the business NEED to help you succeed. Why? The more YOU succeed, the more THEY succeed.
Do you know of a more fair model? I don’t. Is this the model of a typical corporate structure? Absolutely not. A typical corporate environment is “dog eat dog.”
You don’t experience the dog-eat-dog mentality in your network marketing organization. Period.
The Top Three Benefits of Network Marketing
1. Unlimited Income Potential:
Network marketing provides ambitious individuals true unlimited earning potential.
That’s not true if you have a job (trading TIME for money). In virtually every job, there’s a wage/salary ceiling. Even if you work your butt off in a job, a CAP is put on the money you can make … determined by your boss.
In contrast, nobody in network marketing determines your income. Nobody puts an income ceiling on you. You can make as much as how good you are, and how well your team does. You earn what you’re worth.
Your income is NOT dependent upon your age, race, religion, sexual preference, criminal background, or education, either.
You can be broke, a high school drop-out, even an ex-felon, and still achieve success in network marketing.
Network marketing is a legitimate route to earning a million-dollar a year income, if that’s your ambition.
Do you think a college degree is the answer to your income woes?
A college degree or training does NOT guarantee you’ll even find a job. Ironically, most graduates end up working in a field different than their degree. Essentially, they wasted their time and money to learn how to DO one thing, just to end up doing another!
Did you know the average American changes careers at least SEVEN times in their life, and lands into a completely different field?
Why not settle down, and learn how to do ONE profession which can truly set you free … money-wise and time-wise?
Network marketing is unique in that it provides “residual income” for the average person. So you don’t have to be a rock-star, author, or movie star to get it.
Income is earned on the cumulative repeat purchases of ALL the distributors, PLUS the customers who have a connection to you, month after month, year-after-year.
Your referrals result in a geneology or family tree of other distributors and customers – which can eventually result in thousands and thousands of people you’re paid on. This happened to me in Neways Japan. I ended up with over 100,000 distributors and customers in my organization.
I only sponsored less than a handful of ambitious people … FOUR people.
2. Freedom of Time and Location
This is a BIGGY for people already making good money, such as white-collar professionals and “brick and mortar” business owners.
Are you trapped in work that sucks up all your time? Are you unable to spend enough time with your family, and be FREE to DO the things YOU want to do, but you just don’t have the TIME to do them?
Are you exhausted all the time? … and never have enough time?
Money you can always get more, TIME you cannot.
In network marketing, you can do business from anywhere, and connect with people around the world.
Cell phone technology and the Internet enable you to have continuous, instant communication with your customers, team members, and prospects.
Websites, auto-responders, opt-in pages, recorded webinars, and videos allow you to communicate to your target audience WHEN it’s most convenient FOR THEM.
You do NOT need an expensive office or store front to build a business in network marketing.
With a home-based network marketing business, you can work as much as you want, WHEN you want. You can also NOT work whenever you want.
Of course, your results are proportional to your effort over time. However, you can work part-time to get going, and eventually work full-time to speed yourself up on your path to your END GAME …
FREE TIME and PLENTY OF MONEY TO ENJOY IT.
Many successful network marketers work VERY hard at first, and then back off as they reach their goals.
A side benefit to network marketing is you get to choose WHO you want to work with. You don’t have to work with people you don’t like or respect.
For me, and as Napolean Hill in “Think and Grow Rich” recommends as a KEY to success, I like to surround myself with like-minded, highly-motivated people. Perhaps, you do, too. Life is so much more fun that way!
Success breeds success. You may already know this. Your success provides you with access to other leaders in the industry, and this interesting advantage of networking can lead to a lifetime of other profitable opportunities, such as investments.
3. Small initial investment
The third benefit of network marketing is the low initial investment, comparatively. Just ask anybody who has owned a conventional business, and had to budget for rent, utilities, payroll, credit card processing, and countless fees and permits.
In Purium, the smartest way to get involved is with one of their Platinum Packs, which is $525 for two Transformation Packs, PLUS … essentially $2,500 worth of warehoused product inventory to GIVE AWAY to people to sample Puriums products. That’s fifty $50 Gift Cards. As you likely know, that’s nothing compared to what it normally takes to get started in most businesses.
With corporate downsizing, many displaced workers choose to buy a franchise, or other pre-packaged “opportunity”. Unfortunately, however, most these well-intentioned people find all they bought was just another time-stealing JOB. They quickly find out they get paid last, after their overhead, if there is even anything left over!
Obviously, a REAL business can’t be started for free. A small investment is required, along with some of your time. Clearly, the more time you spend working your business, the faster you’ll arrive to your goal destination of being FREE (if that’s your goal).
How big and how fast you grow your business is up to you, and those you select on your team to work closely with you. If you choose ambitious people to work with you, the sky is the limit for both you and your team.
Frankly, I’m not looking for those who are not ambitious and sociable. They won’t make it, and I won’t set people up who aren’t, to fail.
However, if they are ambitious, but NOT sociable, yet, there is hope for them, still … IF they work on themselves by learning new life skills. It CAN be learned, or Dale Carnegie would have never written the book, “How to Win Friends, and Influence People”.
One of the reasons for my www.MyMWG.com website is to HELP those who may LACK social skills, or a positive business and life philosophy, or network marketing skills.
So the bare truth is …
All that’s really required to succeed, ultimately, is your AMBITION.
Your ambition will be determined by your “WHY”. If your “why” is not strong enough, you won’t persist on this given course, and give up too soon … before you even have a chance to succeed.
My “WHY” is to create a life where I’m looking into the tears of joy in the eyes of those I care about.
What’s your WHY?
Yours for Success,
P.S. Here are some quotes about the network marketing profession by acclaimed authors and business people …
“I am often asked if Network Marketing is a Pyramid Scheme. My reply is that corporations really are pyramid schemes. A corporation has only one person at the top, generally the CEO, and everyone else below.” – Donald Trump, Entrepreneur
“No matter what your product is, you are ultimately in the education business. Your customers need to be constantly educated about the many advantages of doing business with you, trained to use your products more effectively, and taught how to make never-ending improvement in their lives.” – Robert G Allen, Entrepreneur, Author, and Motivational Speaker
“To me, the most interesting dimension of network marketing is the focus on building relationships of trust. All parties must be able to trust one another, or nothing moves forward. Accountability, transparency and other high-trust behaviors clearly flow out of your character and competence, which in turn help to improve, solidify and create better relationships. Those relationships are powerful fruits that enable you to enjoy greater collaboration, a better reputation and shared accomplishment. When done well, network marketing is the speed of trust in action.” – Stephen M.R. Covey, author of the New York Times bestseller The Speed of Trust
“Network marketing [provides a] purely democratic, highly entrepreneurial, deeply authentic and simple model for successful living. In network marketing, your success or your failure is completely up to you. . . . [In network marketing,] you’re not in the business of simply selling products or a business opportunity, you’re in the transformation business.” – Michael Gerber, author of the New York Times bestseller The E-Myth
“We’re in the midst of a boom in home-based businesses, and it shows no sign of slowing.” – Paul Zane Pilzer, Nobel Prize Winning Economist and Author
“Network marketing is based purely on relationship selling, which is the state of the art in selling today. Small and large companies throughout the country and the world are realizing that individuals selling to their friends and associates is the future of sales, because the critical element in buying is trust.” – Brian Tracy, author and Motivational Speaker
“What I admire most about the noble profession of network marketing is that one succeeds only by helping others, by adding value to their lives—and for that matter, adding value to the lives of many. I also love the fact that anyone with a big enough desire to better their lot can succeed in the business if they are willing to work hard, and be consistent and persistent. The network marketing model in conjunction with a high-quality product or service presents an unparalleled opportunity for people to thrive. In this economy? Perhaps especially in this economy.” – Bob Burg, coauthor of the Wall Street Journal bestseller The Go-Giver
“Network marketing teaches basic, critical life skills. It teaches people how to overcome their fears, how to communicate, and how to handle rejection and maintain persistence. This kind of education is absolutely priceless. Here’s what I tell people: “Even if you don’t like it, stay with it for five years and you’ll be better equipped to survive in the real world of business. And you’ll be a better person.” The people who are successful in network marketing have a spiritual cause. They genuinely want to help better others’ lives. If you don’t have that, if you just want a paycheck, then work for the post office!” – Robert Kiyosaki, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Rich Dad Poor Dad
“I believe America’s economic future, the health of its commerce and service, is rooted in effective network marketing. People are sick and tired of the deprivation of human dignity they experience at the hands of so many of today’s corporations, which in the past ten years have scooped up all the quid for the guys on top, leaving behind some very talented people without a future. Network marketing is turning off the spotlight of working for a corporation, and turning on the floodlight of the greatness that we all have within us. I love what you’re doing in network marketing, because you’re creating an opportunity to affect the self-esteem of many, many people. You’re giving people hope and providing a launching pad for them to discover their own greatness. I think network marketing is potentially the greatest economic opportunity that has ever existed.” – Frank Maguire, former senior executive for FedEx, KFC, ABC and American Airlines
